TechCrete® 2500 Waterproofing Agent is a bio-based, gel-forming, modified silicate solution, that creates a barrier within the concrete against long-term water entry and enhances concrete durability. Using calcium contained within the concrete, a calcium silicate gel is formed. This gel forms within the pores, cracks, and capillaries of the concrete, which then forms a barrier against moisture and environmental contaminants.
TechCrete 2500 Waterproofing Agent is easily applied, penetrating below the surface, with no visible change to the concrete. The results will amaze you and ensure your complete protection for many years to come!
When used with other TechCrete Products, including the ACR Surface Preparation Products, a complete protection system is created. This full system qualifies for a 30-year or 15-year Limited Liability Labor and Material Warranty when installed by a TechCrete Certified Applicator.
